ABOUT REAL PROJECTS

Real Projects has considerable experience within e-learning and game based resource development across a range of platforms including: PC, Mac, PSP and iPhone. Members of our team have also developed solutions for the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation platforms. The company  has grown from one person to a team of highly talented and focused e-learning developers.

Real Projects designs, develops and implements creative e-learning solutions in the public and private sectors. Used extensively throughout the UK and overseas the solutions take into account learner needs and deliver long term return on investment in terms of financial and knowledge metrics.

We work together with our clients and their stakeholders to develop strategies and deliver digital solutions including learning platforms, e-learning resources, websites, Intranets and CD-ROMs. We manage complex projects of all sizes, and have experience in delivering professional e-learning solutions across various industry sectors. Our key strength and expertise is based on the quality of our people and the business disciplines we apply.

The team is led by Scott Hewitt who has extensive experience in e-learning development in the UK and overseas. Scott Hewitt has over 10 years experience in a number of senior e-learning roles and is a regular speaker at education events and seminars.

Matthew Graham-Hyde provides strategic support and vision to the business. Matthew brings a wealth of experience from 30 years working in strategic IT development.

Our aim is to be the leading e-learning development company in the eastern region.

The People

Our core team is based in Norwich and is made up of a team of highly skilled project managers, designers and developers. In addition to our core team we have a talent pool including interactive designers, graphic designers, programmers and researchers many of whom work from our Norwich office. Our credentials are re-enforced by links to 2 leading computer game design degrees at Norwich University College of the Arts and University College Suffolk. Our unique programmes linking e-learning and computer games design have been recognised by the EDP Business Awards in the best enterprise/education partnership. Our student and intern placements allow us to remain at the forefront of games design and industry trends. This is further supplemented by our regional e-learning forums.
 

Our team use a collaborative approach to ensure the best possible learner experience.

We believe in our team and support their training and continual professional development. All of our project managers work towards PRINCE 2 practitioner status.

 

E-Learning Forum

The Norfolk e-learning forum is held 4 times a year in Norwich. It is was set up after Scott Hewitt had an idea to bring together people who were interested in e-learning. The aim is to provide a forum where business and education comes together to share ideas about e-learning and learning technologies. Our Community

Real Projects supports a range of education projects including those run by Norfolk Network, Grads East and The University of East Anglia Young Entrepreneurs. All of our team provide their expertise and time to support these important community education projects. In addition we are also working with the Norwich School of Art and Design.
