NCSL wanted to develop an online e-learning resource to allow head teachers to ‘visit’ 3 leading secondary schools.
Overview
The SLICT Virtual School Visit project was designed, developed and filmed in 2006. It allows users to visit 3 leading secondary schools where excellence and innovation in ICT is at the heart of their success. This E-learning resource includes video interviews with key stakeholders and documents which have been provided by each school. These show the user how best practice, strategic thinking and management has been translated into actions.
With a variety of stakeholders and content types this complex project has proved a success for NCSL.
our approach
The interface design was based on handheld devices, our aim was to create a learning module where you were able to move around the content. Aerial photography and blue screen filming was also used on the project.
