Meeting and managing clients

Meeting and managing clients is an e-learning course from our Real Learner course that will help you with the management of your clients. Whether you have existing clients or are trying to obtain new clients this course covers meeting clients, making plans with your clients, how to communicate effectively with your clients and how to deal with any problems that you might come across.

Ideal for staff who have regular client contact this course will provide them with a great course on how they need to manage and look after your clients. This course will be suitable for sales teams, customer service staff and anyone who comes into contact with your customers. With 5 key learning points within the course and taking 20/30 minutes to complete the course can be completed via our web Learning Management System (LMS) or we can provide a version for access via your company system. The course can also be used a refresher as a later date.

The 5 sections in the course are:

The initial meeting – What is a client and how to plan and run the first meeting with a potential client

Making a plan – It’s important to agree with the client what you are going to do and then write it down. We will also look at the advantages of setting up a Service Level

Agreement (SLA)

Communication – The need for a named contact on both sides, and regular updates and meetings

Managing expectations – In order to avoid problems later on, you need to manage your client’s expectations

Dealing with problems – What to do if there are problems your side, or due to the client

The course is self paced allowing learners to complete the course in their own time. We can offer access via our Learning Management System (LMS) or provide SCORM versions for deployment on your company LMS. Individual users may be interested in accessing our courses via Real Learner. Using our LMS you will be able to track learner progress and have obtain to our other e-learning courses.

The courses are all illustrated and work on Mac and PC.
