The Customer Feedback Company demonstrated their mobile phone feedback system to an invited audience from organisations across the region. Some of the organisations and companies represented at the event were Virgin Money, Universiry of East Anglia, e-learning for healthcare, Granada Learning, Real Projects, Norwich University College of the Arts and many more.

Jonathan showed how companies like Tesco, Costa Coffee and Wagamama are using mobile phone feedback systems to learn more about their customers, staff, products and services. The possibilities for the technology are vast from customer feedback, workplace assessment to voting polls.

The session featured 2 live demonstrations where the audience could text in comments and feedback. It must be one of the only events where you were asked to leave your mobile switched on!

The event was a great success with a very interesting debate taking place about the future of this technology, including some of the possible applications for it in learning environments.

Details of the next event will be on the norfolk e-learning forum website and also on the Real Projects website.
