We're looking forward to hosting our first event after the summer break on Thursday 23rd October, 8.30am start.

Our guest speakers are from the Customer Feedback Company. After several years working in e-learning James and Jonathan will show how companies like Tesco, Costa Coffee and Wagamama are using mobile phone feedback systems to learn more about their customers, staff, products and services. The possibilities for the technology are vast from customer feedback, workplace assessment to voting polls.
