Consultancy
Real Projects offers a wide range of e-learning consultancy services including project management, e-learning design and creating e-learning strategies.
Prior to starting any consultancy project we will talk to you in detail about your requirements and to see how we can help and assist you. We'll discuss how we can work with you, what we can do, how we might be able to help and what the outcomes will be.
Real Projects have provided consultancy for clients including The Royal Television Society, Education Development International and Norfolk County Council.
In 2008 we have acted as lead consultants on several projects
including managing offshore e-learning development teams,
project management of a 6 month e-learning website development
project and strategic e-learning planning for a defence
organisation.
