ONLINE INDUCTIONS

A successful induction process has a significant impact on how well an employee integrates into an organisation. It can be a costly process to successfully induct employees, especially where multiple locations are involved.

Online induction can be used by your trainers and incorporated into your overall learning strategy. Any subject can be covered from manual handling, risk assessment to company information and background. Online induction allows for an efficient induction, which you can also measure.

Material can be easily localised allowing multiple language versions of the same content to be available. For organisations with many locations online induction can significantly reduce training costs. Your induction modules may cover subjects like:

  • Health and safety
  • Internet and email policy
  • Aims and objectives of the organisation

Why not create a series of pre-start modules to prepare you new starters and include in your online induction programme. This might include a welcome message from the CEO or things to know on your first day.
